Divinity II: Ego Draconis Vignette Gameplay Trailer Series Debuts

cdv Software Entertainment USA recently kicked off their Divinity II: Ego Draconis Vignette Gamplay Trailer series with “Dragon Slayer” – the first in  a series of nine trailers which will provide gamers with an intimate and detailed look at the genre defining features that Divnity II: Ego Draconis is bringing to the table, so to speak.

The first installment in the series introduces gamers to Divinity II by providing an in-depth look at the class-less, crossover gameplay of the Dragon Slayer character. Future installments in the series will focus on a multitude of other impressive gameplay elements such as Battle Tower, creating your own Creature and will ultimately introduce gamers to the arch-nemesis Damien.

For those not already familiar with the series – and if you are a dedicated console gamer there is a chance that you aren’t- Divinity II: Ego Draconis is the sequel to the critically acclaimed, PC-only action/RPG title Divine Divinity developed by Larian Studios. Just like the original, the sequel takes place in the war-torn world of Rivellon where you will fight the forces of evil, not only as a human warrior, but also as a powerful Dragon Knight.  You will be tasked with the mission of unraveling an intrigue that will most likely reveal hidden truths and revive forgotten evils that will alter the face of Rivellon forever.  Divinity II promises 60+hours of fantasy adventure gameplay teeming with dungeons and above-ground spaces to explore and defend as well as deep on-the-ground and aerial combat.
